Welcome to Just Get Fit, a fitness app designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. Before you start using the app, please read these terms of service carefully as they govern your use of the app.
- 1. Acceptance of Terms of Service By downloading, installing, or using the Just Get Fit app, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the app.

You retain ownership of all user content that you submit to the app. However, by submitting content, you grant Just Get Fit a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content in connection with the app. You agree not to submit any user content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others. Just Get Fit reserves the right to remove any user content that violates these terms of service.
- 5. Intellectual Property Just Get Fit owns all intellectual property rights in the app, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents. You may not use any Just Get Fit trademarks or copyrighted materials without our prior written consent.
- 6. Limitation of Liability Just Get Fit is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may result from your use of the app. You use the app at your own risk, and you should consult a doctor before beginning any new exercise regimen.
- 7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Just Get Fit harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or other losses that may arise from your use of the app or your violation of these terms of service.
